So I've recently updated my samsung s9+. Since doing so my phones gone has kinda gone nuts. Any app that isn't safe mode compatible simple crashes and enjoys constantly getting in the way.
It's also lost any semblance of being my phone. All my custome folders are gone. So to summarise everything crashes, can't open any app and had to use safe mode just to write this.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Wow that's not good at all @Kevin711
May I ask are all your apps updated via the Playstore ?
Can you give an example as to which apps are crashing ?
If it's the apps then if this was me for now I'd uninstall them and contact the app developer to let them know of the bugs your encountering.
I'm assuming they are from the Playstore and not Apk files.
You could send bug reports / error reports to Samsung via your Samsung Members App too.
In regards to what you can do from your end.
1. Turn the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the phones system cache files. No info is lost this way.
2. As a last resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
3. Let a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre have hands on.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
