One UI 4 Beta UK not showing up

To everyone trying to get the beta programme, I've been on the phone to Samsung today and it isn't out yet. People who have it have sideloaded it. They said it could be another couple of weeks but as soon as it is available IT WILL SHOW UP ON THE TOP BANNER OF THE HOME PAGE OF MEMBERS

Lol, I did an online chat with "Joanna" from Samsung... She told me to sign up for the beta, despite me giving all the information to say I couldn't... Then told me to click the "leave beta feedback" option if I couldn't install.... A complete joke.

It just came up as a small banner on the benefits page for me. Honestly I regret it and can't change it back without losing all my data. Every app keeps crashing. My galaxy watch hasn't connected since I installed it. It doesn't even look that much different. Trust me, keep the official firmware 😐

Hey @Ant861. Did you back up before installing the beta? Took this info from the FAQ for you:

1. To withdraw from the One UI Beta Program, you must apply for withdrawal through Samsung Members application on your device. ("Settings > One UI Beta Program status > Withdraw" menu)

2. To remove the beta software, perform a rollback to the previous release version, using the Smart Switch application on your computer. The rollback resets the device and removes data generated during beta testing.

   Note :

   If you backed up your device data to your computer with Smart Switch, you can restore the data after the rollback process. To perform the rollback, connect the device to your computer with a USB cable. On the computer, launch the Smart Switch application, and select "Downgrade".

   If you do not have access to a computer and need to roll back your device, contact the nearest Samsung Service Center.
