I think it'll be with EE as well cause most networks in the UK the devices are unlocked sim not locked with only EE

If your phone have EE firmware then you won't be able to sign up for the beta, at least that's how it's been previously. The firmware your phone is running is what matters not whether it's unlocked or not.

I think with Vodafone you can, aren't their phones unlocked? I know with 3 you can because they don't brand their phones anymore.
