One drive issues

I can no longer copy or move files from my phone or tablet both android to one drive. I can access one drive and open and set up new folders and upload but the problem is can no longer copy and move files. This issue has occurred over the last few days. I have cleared cache and data, rebooted devices and still same problem. Any ideas?
