Notifications for multiple emails not showing

I have an s10e unlocked. I'm using the Samsung email app supplied with the phone and I have my account linked with two separate email addresses, one for personal, one for business. I am only getting app badge notifications when getting new emails in my personal account, but it won't give me any notification when an email comes into the business. I have email notifications turned on for both accounts. Help please? Those business emails are kinda important to get right away!

Have you synced both ur emails address.

Yes, everything is synced. My business email is set to snyc Auto (every time an email comes in). My other is set to sync every 15 minutes.

Please have a look at ur email settings again as u might have changed something
