Notifications being laggy as hell

So I brought this phone back then in late 2021 and since then the notifications panel and the volume side is insanely laggy, On top of that I tried to optimize it using developer options it seems almost that it worked. This phone is so laggy and samsung can legit fix then I don't know why they aren't I see loads of details that samsung does not fix. But good job

Messed up after an update I'm guessing?? Very common scam samsung have been using lately!
