Have you tried going into settings, general management, reset, reset network connection @Rūmøur
Also as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens which can help to rule out network issues and or sim card issues.
When you say you've tried a " hard reset " do you mean a factory reset ?
Oher options to try if you haven't already are....
