Newest update crashing S20

I have just updated the system with the latest update for my s20 on the 31st Aug. Every app crashes and phone self restarts. This is not good as didn't have a problem before! How can I revert back to the system that didn't cause so many issues.

Oh and my secure folder disappears each time it resets even though I have selected to show. Very annoyed!

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK Community Forum

It isn't really possible to roll back a security patch update I'm afraid.

If you haven't done so before, I would recommend you Wipe the Partition Cache on your device as a first port of call.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Renewed S21 Ultra is supposed to be Android 14 unfortunately NOPE.
