Hello @Heltres and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
If a phone is misbehaving after a software update then there are avenues you can take.
The first is a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
And forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
You can also Clear the cache of the Camera App via long holding down on the camera app and tap on i , then storage and Clear Cache ,and if necessary Clear Data.
You can also Clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.
- Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

Sorry to hear of your issues.
First thing to do is to clear cache in the Camera App (press and hold the camera app, click on the i with a circle round it and clear cache). Then restart your device.
If that alone doesn't work, repeat above but clear data this time.
Finally if that doesn't work, perform a Wipe Partition Cache on your device.
