Network issues after android 12 update

Hi guys, 

I ve been having issues with my S21 after the the android 12 update. 

Network keeps drooping & mobile data will switch on and off continuously. I updated my mobile on the 4 January 2022. Immediately after the upate the phone crashed and now I can't even make a phone call. 

Has anyone found a fix, I have wiped the cache, restarted the phone, reset the network connections and even got a new sim with new network packages/text.

I am at the end of my tether, no acknowledgement from samsung if it was just mobile data or WiFi you could get by but I can't make or receive calls it cuts out.

I just did that update yesterday and I haven't had any service to my phone since.  In other words is my phone isn't connected to any network 98% of the time. I can't send or recieve calls or texts nor use the data. I was able to make a phone call once and the call dropped. Where there is usually service bars at the top of my phone there is this 🚫 instead. I did av Network reset and it didn't help.

Did you find a solution?

I've limited network access to 3G only and can now receive calls. Not sure my issue is the same as yours, as I could always make calls on 5G network.

I could watch as incoming calls would knock out my network connection and go straight to voicemail... except for when I was testing by asking Google to find my phone. Then, my phone would ring every time. Alexa find my phone would not ring my phone.

I've ordered a new SIM just in case that might be the issue.

I have the same problem with my S21 plus and my wifes S21 edge; wrt dropping/not connecting to T-mobile. I show 5 bars, but the phones are unable to connect all the time. They also show an error that the phone can only make emergency calls. The version number(s) are long, the Security Patch level is November 1, 2022. It doesn't matter if I am home or in a major metropolitan area.  We had problems with reception before, but never this bad. Phone calls drop, data drops; IT LOOKS LIKE IT"S TIME TO SWITCH TO APPLE.
