I have a Galaxy S21 5G (S21+) and so does my husband. After the Android 12 update, we are both having issues with network data. Phone calls and normal text messages are fine, but MMS are coming through with the little "No subject/Message size/Expires" download message, message. Also, on all browsers and apps that use data, unless I'm using separate Wi-Fi, nothing works. On browsers I get the "No internet connection" message across the top.
The connection issues have been sporadic. Sometimes I have a data connection, and sometimes I don't. Restarts sometimes help and sometimes they don't. I have removed/reinserted the SIM, cleared cache, restarted, hard restarted. I have not cleared the partition cache nor have I done a factory reset.

Hi,
After waiting a while, and looking at all comments.
I followed and done too many steps mentioned here but still no luck off proper network reception after the update, I even got another update last week, but still hit and miss with the network.
Before this major update the phone was working fine with no issues, now the phone looks ***** and work like *****. Noticed that Samsung Pass setting page is white and background is black on black words, this wasn't like that before the update.
Samsung needs to fix this issue immediately as it screwed up millions of new phones with the last update.

I agree...
I have an unlocked S21_FE on the tracfone network. After the 7/1/22 UI4.0 update, I have network probs. I lose messaging and voice. Tech supt had me take out sim card and put back in, and network reset. Phone will work for a couple days then same thing happens. Been doing network resets often which is pain because I lose all my saved Bluetooth devices. If I do a restart, I have to do a network reset to get back to norm.

Hi all. I'm glad to say that my device has finally fixed itself.
I had been suffering from this issue for almost a year now, and I have tried most of the recommended fixes suggested here but none of them worked. However, just a month ago, the network carrier that I'm on (Airtel, India) had launched 5G widely across the country. Since then, my phone no longer looks for network connectivity and works smoothly. I believe it has to be this, cause I have been updating my software regularly and the fix didn't not happen then.
Hope its getting better for you all, aswell.
