Navigation gestures when swiping from the left of the screen

When swiping from the left hand side of my screen, I get this arrow (see video) which either takes me home or to recent apps.

I assume it's some sort of gesture navigation but no idea what's causing it or why it's there 🤔

Anyone seen this before and able to advise?

Hi, It seems that you have enabled One hand operation + in GoodLock.

So obvious, I was even going through the apps in there and somehow didn't think about this 🤦‍♂️

Thank you so much for this reply - has been driving me mad trying to get rid of it for ages! I deleted GoodLock app ages ago because I regarded it as unused, forgetting until now that I may have activated one hand operation + (which continued to work after deletion!). So, to finally resolve have re-installed app and switched off this 'feature' 🥳. Thanks again!!
