My s21 still has not received Android 14 update

I have a Samsung Galaxy s21, and I live in Italy. I still can not see the Android 14 update... 

Can anyone help me? I have to provide the IMEI of my phone?

Same problem for me. No update until now.

Bought the S21 Ultra 5G via BackMarket end of 2023. Refurbished.

Living in Holland, maybe the S21 comes from France.

For now: versie One UI 5.1, Android 13

Same problem here.  And from what I read we should be getting version 15 also.

mine is even running on Android 12 and 4.1 ui
