Long exposure photography - Bulb mode apps

Hi,

Does anyone know of any apps or have used any apps that enable bulb mode/light paintings so we are able to increase the shutter speed to something longer then 30 seconds.

Huawei do a light painting mode where you click it on and off depending how long you want but Samsung doesn't seem to give you that option.

Don't know if this will help, but YouTube explains how to get a longer exposure from hyperlapse but he edits in photoshop. Maybe there's an app that can edit the lapse the same?
