I assist a lot of older people who struggle with technology, in setting up and using their Samsung phone. One very common problem is that when holding the phone, they frequently hit the volume down button, resulting in them not being able to hear the ringtone of the next incoming call. I have told many of these people to hit the volume up button to adjust it back to a volume they can hear. However, getting them to remember to do this, is difficult. A simple solution would be for there to be a setting within the software on all Samsung phones, providing the option of locking the volume for phone calls including the incoming ringtone volume. Do people have any thoughts on this and if so, how is this information passed onto Samsung/Google?
