location unrecognised with weather widget

The BBC Weather Widget is not recognising my location.  I've  tried uninstalling it, cleared cache, checked permisions.   The widget has worked fine in the past so I was wondering what else can I do to get it back again.  Its set to use mobile date when on wifi, what else is there to check?

If I manually open the widget its fine for a bit then but even if I have stayed in my house the location will not be showing soon.

Have you checked your Quick Settings to ensure 'Location' has not accidentally been switched off? Drag down from the top of your phone and ensure 'Location' is active.

Thanks for the tip,  I think its down to a bug in the app, that has appeared with the latest update,  and affects the widget,  nothing to do with the phone.
