Junk mail.

Can't see a list of my junk mail only the inbox how can I set my phone so that I can view my junk, as it only shows one at a time.S20fe,  thanks

@Shugster: Are you using the Samsung Email app and, if so, did you tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop up window > Manage folders in order to show your Junk Folder?

Using microsoft outlook, on my old phone Sony Xperia L3, used to have focused and other when you tap on other it took you to junk folder on this one Samsung, it just shows old junk from 2018? And the latest new one pop up, so how I got around it was to tap on the outlook icon and it opens up both junk and focused emails and other options, so good enough for me. Cheers guys.
