About a week ago my phone stopped connecting to my WiFi at home!!!
It won't connect to any WiFi even my daughters house or asda free WiFi, costing me a fortune in data add ons.
I've tried settings > management> reset ect..... but nothing, I'm at a loss.
Can anyone help?

Sure. Go to **Settings**.

Go to **Wi-Fi**.

You will see a list of Wi-Fi networks.

Some signals indicate their relative strength (strength of the Wi-Fi).

All I want is for you to take a screenshot of the Wi-Fi networks so that whenever you are able to connect, make sure that you are connected through the Wi-Fi (as you can see the router behind the Wi-Fi).

Hello @crazymum3 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👍

I'm sorry to learn of the issues your currently experiencing with your phone's Wi-Fi feature.

Perhaps try >

This is an official Samsung Help Link > How-to-troubleshoot-a-galaxy-phone-that-wont-connect-to-a-wi-fi-network.

There is also a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Nothing is coming up when I do that, I've tried adding network manually as well but it just clears as soon as I try to connect.
