How to reduce CPU?

How do you limit/reduce the CPU. Is that even possible?

There's a power saving option for the Tab S8. Settings>Device care>battery. Unsure if S21 has same, so check yours.

Should power saving always be on?

I never use it to be honest. You can trial it and see what you think. If it hinders you in some way and has a detrimental effect on usage, then just leave it off.

In settings you should change the performance profile from standard to light, hope this helps
