Have installed android 12 and come across a big issue...the company I work for have their own app for staff that list clients and times of calls (care worker) and their app isn't compatible with android 12....so I meed to roll back to 11 until company have reconfigured app to work with 12

I'm pretty sure you cannot downgrade / rollback without unlocking the bootloader and that will void your warranty but its been a very very long time since I have had the need to so things may have changed. If you do not get any more on here then have a search on XDA or SamMobile.
Best of luck 👍🏻

Well it's given the company I work for a headache as I need the app to confirm calls are done 🤣 and that clients are safe and well...upto them now to get their developers on the case as android 12 full version will be rolled out in coming months

This is from memory from android 11 beta so maybe not quite right, but seem to remember if you go to either the Beta page or your settings on here there was an option to request removal of the Beta. Hopefully someone else can be more specific for you

I'm pretty sure that is just to not get it in the first place.

Would also make the comment to anyone who has an app they totally rely on then suggest to stay well away from Beta versions !!!

Really gutted for you. I know it's not convenient but do you perhaps have a spare phone you can use in the mean time? Means carrying two with you but may be better in the short term if you cannot rollback easily. If not where abouts are you in the UK? I have a phone you can borrow until they update the app.

No one would ever load a beta then. Remember no company is obliged to make their apps compatible with the the OS until it is actually released officially 😔
