@eromadyl: Auto capitalise will automatically switch your keyboard to capital letters when you put a space after a full stop. It should also capitalise nouns for you, however if you find that it isn't doing this then please try deleting the word so the cursor is next to the previous word, then hit the space bar and try again. Let me know how you get on.

Your solution is not working. I am android literate. All settings are on and correct. Problem still persists. Though I notice it isn't happening on this website, bit will happen everywhere else. Fold5. Fold3 never had this issue.

My S23 Ultra had same problem. Mostly works, like here, but on Tik Tok and other sites, the capitalisation doesn't work.

i have the same issue. basically autocapitalize doesnt work on samsung s8 utra tablet . its irrelevant if its on or off in setting. it doesrt work on book cover keyboard. as you can see im tyring and there isnt any capital letter after any dot.

its a matter of software update and nothing wrong that the users do , or a metter of settings. please fix it. again the hardware keybord book cover of samsung s8 ultra tablet doesnt autocapitalize no matter if this option is on or off , and it is  a matter of software update and it has nothing to do with settings.

please fix it with a new update as soon as possible.

I have the same problem with Samsung keyboard,despite putting it ON,the auto capitalization does not work.

It looks like it hasn't been fixed in 2 years or more. I have had this problem since 2021 but I have got use to it and just use my typing skills.

The only annoying thing I have now is the SHIFT button that toggles the languages in Gboard on a physical keyboard. I can't turn it off anywhere. Better not get off topic. The answer is... There is nothing you can turn on to make that happen.

Same on s10 ultra with Samsung cover and keyboard. Also when you use the external keyboard no auto space or auto cap. It works on the on screen keyboard only. Is there a fix?
