It's advisable to perform forum search first as this question was answered before.

Yes you will receive one ui 7 but it will be the last major update to S21 ultra device, it's hard to say on when, but it should start from April.

Given the S24 series is still in beta, you've a bit of a wait yet I'm afraid

Starting from April, hard to tell the timeliness of when and each device will receive it the S21 ultra will definitely get one ui 7, but timeliness is not known as it wasnt officially announced by Samsung it was mentioned it will start from April.

It will get one UI 7 on May 23rd as it has been leaked. However it will get it somewhere in may because these sources could not be telling the truth
