I just got a new S10 and the only option I get to verify my Samsung account is to send a code to my old phone, which I haven't got. Has anyone else had this problem?

@Shareenypoohs: Can you try following the link below, and go to Set Up Two Step Verification > On Your Computer, and follow the on screen instructions. From here, you should be able to verify the number used to receive your verification codes.

The number is fine, I can log on via the website just not my phone

I can't choose code via text, the option isn't there at all. The only way I can do it is via my old phone.

2 step is already set up, my number was already there
