Hi everyone. Just upgraded to the S21+, and am already regretting doing so 😞 S10 previously, and could play my music files no problem, select for ringtone no problem.

Used smart switch and all files comes across ....so far so good.

Now, files are not supported. Thought remove and reload so have done this .....still no joy. So, very unhappy.

Can anyone help pls as online search is no use.

The S21 doesn't recognise wma files, you can rename them as mp3 and it will work fine.
