Help with media output notifications

Hi, i need help as i am confused... i have an s 20 running os One ui 4.1 my media notifications to allow me to pause and start and skip songs etc are now hiding in 'media output' and fo not show on my lock screen... is there a way of adding them back into my normal notifications list alongside apps life Facebook. Bbc sounds and my music playing app do this but Spotify somehow manages to stay as part of my normal app list...

I'm sure you've done a good amount of research but if you havent gotten a solution - if you're using Good Lock, you need to add the music controls manually through the app!!
