Help stop with held calls

I got a Samsung galaxy phone need help to stop with held numbers ringing me please sorry am old and not technical so easy instructions please thanks

It's a older galaxy s10 but only because I can use it with ease and it does what I need a phone for am in my 70s so it's just awkward all this technology stuff

Can't recall if its available on the S10. If you go into the phones settings and click on the little spy glass. Type in Caller ID and if its available it should appear in the results.
