Hello Samsung what cause my s21 ultra to be crashing and it's updated to date but it keep saying that it's not well updated and it keeps crashing

I would in the first instance recommend you Wipe Partition Cache on your device....

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Then perform a hard reset (not a factory data reset). You won't lose data doing this.

Please try hard reset
With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.

Hello I put my A54 on charge at4% it charged to 100% then it switched off. Any ideas why?
