I am getting a weird green background whenever Im on video calla on both whatsapp and zoom. Its only just started doing it. As this is occurring on both applications Im assuming its something to do with a camera setting. Does anybody know how to get rid of this?

bit of a drastic solution though wiping everything

Ive just done a video call on WhatsApp and the green screen is back *****

I've got exactly the same problem after updating my phone this morning. Total pain and no idea how to fit it!! Argh

I can't believe Samsung has not solved the issue yet or said anything about it! It seems to be related to the latest software update. Has anyone tried to go back to the previous software?

My modes and routines are also no longer working.

Hi tried everything what I did in the end was go to apps on phone clear storage for fb messenger restart phone, then weirdly on video call button on call when your ringing press the magic wand icon on screen then full green screen disappeared took me days to do this
