From reading elsewhere this is a common problem with the S21.

Is anybody else experiencing this problem and if so have you found any solutions? 

Auto restart is not switched on.

Phone has just randomly rebooted so the trip to the service centre was a waste of time. Will now make a warranty claim. Very disappointed with this

Another reboot. Contacted Samsung and arranged for a mobile repair. As the software was flashed and reinstalled I can only assume that this is a hardware problem as reported by other owners. After years of being loyal to Samsung I feel that it may now be time for a change especially with the Pixel 6 being released this week.
