I submitted my claim on the 1st of Feb, later that day I got confirmation email to say it can take upto 45 days to be processed and ready for shipment, which I will receive another email to say when its been shipped

No, I submitted a claim on 1st of Feb. Haven't heard anything, tracker shows no updates. Emailed them this morning, waiting for reply.. They clearly state they will reply withing 7 days.
