hi all,
i asked Samsung support if this feature could be added to the one UI home launcher and they advised creating a thread in the community for this

Microsoft and Nova launcher among some others, allow for the fully resizing of a widget so that more can be fitted to the home screen

hoping that Samsung developers see this and add it to the one UI launcher

thanks

Definitely think that's worthwhile. I use Nova rather than OneUI as it just gives a lot more flexibility for setting up as I wish.

hi Clive,
thanks for the reply... yes i used to use Nova but have moved to MS launcher as Nova not being developed, and have found it less smooth on my s21fe
cheers

I think it would be beneficial.  Some features tend to be added if there is deemed to be sufficient interest, therefore positive feedback from others would be welcome.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Ah Nova still being developed but a lot slower than used to be. I'm on beta track & last update was in May this year guessing now waiting until Android 14 fully dropped before releasing the update to ensure all works.

Cheers @danx55! I've forwarded this suggestion on to our R&D team. Me or one of the other mods will let you know what the developers get back to us with when they do.

Hi @danx55 ,

The developers have replied back to us. They've advised that whilst for now they won't be implementing this feature they'll be on the look out for similar user requests.
