Hi, does anyone have a problem claiming the free gifts with the S21? I got mine on contract and pre ordered it on the 21/1/21. 
I sent off my delivery note with my order number and date of pre order but they sent me an email back saying I need to provide more evidence.
Can any one shed some light on this for me?

yes, it was for the S21 I was told off my mobile phone provider that I am eligible to claim these gifts once I get my delivery note through but when I have done so they have emailed me back saying they need my date of pre order which is clearly stated on the delivery note

I have just received an email.mail saying I do not meet the conditions even though it quite clearly said on pre-ordering the phone that you can claim the ear buds and tracker, so a bit confused to say the least

yeah, I have sent off another email highlighting the pre order date so hopefully I will get somewhere with this

It says to claim here on Samsung Members app but I can find the page to do it. Any help 😀
