Enable access to certain settings in Quick menu on lock screen

I have a Galaxy S10 phone updated to the latest Android (One UI 5.1, Android 13). Is there a way to make certain settings in Quick menu accessible even when the phone is locked? I know that sound and flashlight can be turned on and off when the phone is locked, but can I make bluetooth or wifi settings behave the same way?

Wait how are you on 1 ui 5, tbh I want ui 5 back 1 ui 6 is kinda bad

I didn't even know about ui 6, maybe my phone didn't receive the update.

You won't receive the Andriod 14 Ui 6 upgrade as the cut off point was the S21 series, any phone issued before that model isn't being upgraded.
