Why can't I send a photo in a text message?

My phone is the S10.

I can't send any text message that is an MMS. It always says failed.

I can't see anything on the text settings that would cause this.

Any ideas?

Hey there

If sending an MMS, this is usually chargeable by your network (it is not a standard text).

If you have a spend limit of £0, it won't send.

If you don't have MMS provisioned with your network, it won't send.

As indicated you may well need to get in touch with your Network to enable this.  An alternative is to use Messages services such as Whatsapp,Signal.
