hi woody27 I'm having exact same problem, I've contacted my network provider twice as can only see fitbit not earbuds,

I am trying to claim earbuds for se20fe , I did not realise phones no longer come without standard earphones. all the links are for the se21 ?

Ther is no offer for the FE which seems to be the only S20 model not to come with headphones in the box.
