I applied for the promotion buds & Tag 
Was told not eligible? However I fitted the criteria? 
Emailed customer service who said RE-APPLY as I was eligible Reapplied again refused? 
Seems to be false advertising just looking into returning phone and getting refund

contacted EE they didn't help now in the process of returning phone.
seems like a con

Just took out a new contract and told by ee its part of a promotion. Not yet applied as wont get S21 phone until Monday. Has anyone contacted Samsung?

Closing date for claims is 27 February.     IMEI found in Settings- About Phone or by dialing *#06#

Are you going to the correct promotion? There are 2, one for purchases before the 28th Jan and one for purchases after 29th Jan; before 28th had a smart tag as well, after is just the buds live.
if your proof of purchase and imei is okay then you'll be eligible, just make sure you're applying for the right one!
