Normally if a voicemail has been deleted. Then it's gone for good
But contact your network provider to see if there is anything they can do to help

HI @Woodrow I suggest that you contact your Network as they would be the ones in a position to assist. It cannot be done via your Device. As long as only deleted recently possibly may be feasible though often no solution when user deletes , the retention period though though is usually no more than 30 days before permanent deletion.

By way of an FYI, most networks only keep voicemail for between 7 and 28 days (network dependant).
