Contacts list Problem and Whats appt contacts problem

My contacts list has suddenly saved half my contacts as read only, with no number.

This means that Whats App is only recogising half of my contacts.

I've re set premissions and cleared cache with no success.

Also some of my App icons are missing, but you can find the App if you search.
