I purchased the new S21 ultra through my renewal contract and I've been waiting for confirmation of when Samsung will be sending out my free ear buds and tag and heard nothing.
Has anyone else had these
problems ? 
I am starting to feel I have been talked into having the new phone under false pretences because your told what you get free with it.
May need to get in touch with trading standards if nothing is sorted.

I did all that sent my proof received an email saying received proof of purchase ,said they would make contact within 7 days to say when they would be dispatching. nothing and there is no way of knowing a update of you order

So I purchased directly from the Samsung website and received my accessories before the phone as I purchased a custom colour, but people that bought the standard colours received it in the same package. As for your order make sure you check your spam and other areas in your email. If you still haven't received a reply, head over to the attached link below and tell the live chat employee your problem and they should be able to assist you. it did state in all the terms on the website and the members app... that it would likely be 45 days from claim validation.

it actually 7 days to validation, then up to 45 days for delivery

they don't send them out straight away as people could just send the phones back.
it's a ball ache for samsung to then get the freebies back too.

yeah sure... apologies...I misread your post.

I expect they are overwhelmed with requests at the moment. it says in the post to if no comms after 7 days then contact the promotions team.
