I purchased my S10+ in UAE. but now I am using it in India. It's showing the service providers as INS/INS, XSG/XSG. I need to change the CSC to INS so I can get the regular software update. my last software update is January 2022. Is it safe to change the CSC?. If I change my phone will work normally as usual.
please give some solution.

As far as I know. Whatever region the phone was sold in, that can't be changed.
Possibly change it by rooting the phone, but unless you know what you are doing, there will be a high chance you'd brick the phone.
The updates will always be from the region that you bought the phone.

Samkey is probably your only option to change your csc without bricking your phone or downgrade your s10 to android 10 if it goes that far back and do the phone trick that let's you change the csc
