Cant update my s21 ultra and i havent received one ui 6

So I have posted this before I stay in nigeria and till now haven't received one ui 6 I have tried clearing cache didn't work I have tried smart switch on my laptop didn't work I have tried all possible way still didn't work is there anything I can do

Samsung send the updates out in waves dependant on region and phone eligibility and serial and build number @Somie  

If a phone has been imported from one country to another then this can occasionally have an impact on the update timeframe. 

If you have a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre local then they maybe able to assist. 

If nkt then it would be a case of periodically checking your phone's software update section. 

Ensure there's enough internal storage space for the update. 

I hope you receive the update as soon as.

I am from Tanzania, my s21 ultra still in ui 4 android verdion 12 as latest, i tried to update softeware but i failed as seen in attached image

My samsung s21plus when ever i want to update it, is writing it up to date mean while it was still in ui5 android 13. I don't know what to do.....

Me too I've been having the same problem. I got my S21 ultra in August 2023 but my phone keeps saying it updated One UI 5.1 in April 2023, that's before I bought my phone. Idk what to do 😭 😞

I gave up and bought the s23 ultra instead since I can't afford the other phones just yet. At least the s23 will be getting One UI 7 update 😞
