Likewise its been 9 days i applied for free gifts for pre order s21 but to date i ven't received any verification mail so i even mailed them @ preorder.samsungpromotions.claims but no response yet,any suggestions..

I gave them a call today, one document was missing, when I sent them this document they validate my claim straight away. Now I need to wait 45 days for delivery...

The email should come immediately. Do the process again via Samsung members app and using your S21 phone

yeah got mail the very first day as i claimed the rewards & even got ref.no. but no any mails received yet regarding verification...

hi thnxs for the reply contacted the above number, just said I had to wait on them checking the claim and they will send confirmation email so just a waiting game now

what number did you call. All I got was automated message saying I had to wait until they checked the claim

03330163421 than choose options 1 it asks you to tap your claim number. Ignore that and do nothing, will ask you again and still do nothing. When it starts read options choose 6 and than option 1. Now provide and tap informations: number of property and later just numbers from your post code. And now wait for consultant
