Hello, Samsung Community,

my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE sometimes cannot make calls. It rings but disconnects (Call ended) immediately. calling via stock phone app. Everything is updated, phone is on Android 11, One UI 3.1. Switching airplane mode on/off fixing my problem, but only for few calls. Any solution to this problem?

I'm having the same problem on my s20 FE since the last software update. Hopefully Samsung can fix this.

Hi,

I tried everything and then just downloaded the default google/android phone app and it is working fine. I'll provide feedback to Samsung. I was just about to book a service when I tried this as a last resort.
