Blocked contacts missing from block list

So recently I looked into my block list and the people who had been blocked disappeared, any explanation or has that happened to anyone else

Try a soft reboot by turning your phone Off and On.

It could be a glitch which can happen unfortunately.

Not that I know off, still zero contact nor the want to contact, but I did not unblock them and it's off the list, which caused a fight with my wife, and I am just trying to figure out what happen. They where on the block list until the most recent software update, I tried a soft reboot
