Yeah just installed this app myself to try and jump on Android 12, can't see the option to join the beta anywhere.

The S21 Beta for Android 12 closed as the official version has been released so until the next Beta there is nothing to register for.

Bit late to join the beta program now guys. It was at least a couple of months ago. Android 12 is rolling out now already.
