Assigning ringtones to contacts from Spotify

Hello everyone,I recently had to purchase a s10+ after dropping my s9 in the pool on holiday (sober as well!),I can't seem to assign ringtones from Spotify to selected contacts, any advice!?

Hey @sherbet. You are unable to assign songs from Spotify for ringtones we're afraid. This is due to the Terms and Conditions of the streaming service. While you can't directly assign Spotify songs as ringtones for specific contacts on Android, you can use third-party apps to achieve a similar result. Apps like Zedge or Ringtone Maker allow you to set custom ringtones for individual contacts. Download your chosen song from Spotify, use the app to trim it into a ringtone, and then assign it to the desired contact in your phone settings. It's a workaround, but it should do the trick!
