Apps screen

I seem to have lost my apps screen though not the apps themselves. Normally I would swipe up on my home screen to my apps screen but I cannot swipe up. Swipe down ok but not up.  Any ideas anyone

@PandR2022 Hello, is it possible that you have a shortcut on the screen at the bottom?/Samsung pay/?
If you use any third-party launcher, disable it.
Perform a forced restart of the device: hold down the Volume(-) and Power button for about 10 seconds, until restarting. Check. Greetings.
