Apps crashing on s21+

Just got the s21+ last week. I'm super disappointed. It doesn't work very well. I have a few apps from my old s20 that won't even load. They open and then crash immediately.

Any messaging app like Facebook messenger anytime I try to use it, it will open for a few seconds and crash. I clear the cache and then it works until I try to use it again. 

It seems the cell service is worse as well. I'm with T-Mobile and had no issues with my s20 but with the s21+ I can watch the bars go from full to 3 bars to no service to 3 bars etc in a matter of seconds. Where I had stable service on my s20.

Wondering if I just got a bad model or if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

i just got my s21 ultra last night and transferred all my apps from my s10 plus and it works perfectly..
make sure your apps are reinstaler not transferred becouse the screen size is different and that might be your problem.

I have unistalled and reinstalled the apps as well. 😔

A lot of apps aren't yet compatible with Android 11.
