The free Samsung galaxy buds deals were a promotional offer during the pre-order and first month of S21 sales. You cannot currently apply to get 'Free buds' for this phone.
However @RosieoRosie if you bought your S21 phone during a promotion then you should check your paperwork.
For wireless buds, you can however take a look on amazon for cheaper options. If you do not have the budget to buy the Samsung buds then look towards some of the better reviewed options here.
