Annoying 'notification' type noise.

Every time I enter into my home screen I get the above. ie, turn on, screen saver, security, home screen, notification type noise.

I've been through 'settings' several times but can't see how to turn it off.

Anyone any ideas please . TIA.

Does it appear on your screen or is it a sound? Maybe you have screen saver activated, try to deactivate it and see if this solves the problem. Also probably you have to set up a password or pin for your phone and you can also chose to Swipe the lock screen if that is what you want.
Worths restarting your phone too.

Have you tried accessing the sounds and notifications menu in settings and then turning off system sounds?
